The Statius's full helm (t5) is considered to be one of the strongest melee helmets in game, the Tier 5 variant is currently the strongest available helmet in game. These helmets are one of many of RuneRealms [[Custom Items]]. The [[Upgrade Factory]] is where you can go to upgrade this into higher tiers.
