The Max cape is a Cape of Accomplishment that can be bought from Mac after the player has achieved at least level 99 in every skill (prestiging will still count towards this unlock).

When dying in the Wilderness, this item will break and become unusable. There is a fee of 2.147.000 coins to repair the item, these coins are dropped on the floor for the killer (pvp) or on the death pile (pvm) to retrieve.

The cape comes in many variants, which will mostly only affect the capes stats based on the item it gets combined with. These are all the currently available variants, they require you to bring the combination item and an original Max cape and hood to their respective mounted cape:
