The Vote Points store is located at home and sells an abundance of beneficial items such as Donator token, Donator Chest, Double XP tome, Damage boost pots, and more. The currency used to purchase items from the store are Vote tickets and you can obtain those by voting in game by using the ::vote command or by right-clicking the Vote booth and selecting Vote. You will then be redirected to the RuneRealm Vote Site where you will be able to input your Username and vote.
