This is a documentation subpage for Template:Infobox Spell. It contains usage information, categories, and other content that is not part of the original template page.

Parameters

name

The in-game name of the spell.

image

An image of the spell icon.

release

Release date of the spell. Should follow the format [[DD Month]] [[YYYY]].

update

Update page that the spell was released with. Do not include brackets ([[ & ]]) or the Update: prefix.

removal

(Optional) Removal date of the spell. Should follow the format [[DD Month]] [[YYYY]].

removalupdate

(Optional) Update page that the spell was removed with. Do not include brackets ([[ & ]]) or the Update: prefix.

members

Indicate whether or not the spell is members only. Yes or No.

level

Level required to cast the spell.

spellbook

Spellbook that the spell is cast from. Must be the string Normal, Ancient, Lunar, or Arceuus.

type

The type of the spell. Must be the string Combat, Utility, or Teleport.

exp

Amount of experience earned for casting the spell. Must be a number.

element

(Optional) The attack type of the spell. Supports the strings Air, Water, Earth or Fire.

damage

(Optional) The maximum damage the spell can inflect without damage boosts. May be a number.

cost

Runes required to cast spell. Use Template:RuneReq. For example, {{RuneReq|Nature=2|Water=4|Earth=4}}.

speed

(Optional) Amount of time taken to cast the spell in ticks. Should be a string describing the amount of time, such as "5 ticks".

cooldown

(Optional) Amount of time before the spell can be cast a second time. Should be a string describing the amount of time, such as "5 ticks".

quest

(Optional) Quest needed to cast the spell. Leave empty if no quest is needed, and omit Desert Treasure I and Lunar Diplomacy.

lectern

(Optional) Lowest level lectern that can be used to make a tablet for this spell, if it can be made. Leave empty if the spell can not be made into a tablet.

description

In-game on hover description of the spell.

anim

Image of an animation of the spell being cast. Can be the string "No" to hide the animation.

sound

Audio of the spell being cast.
