Template:Music map/doc

This is a documentation subpage for Template:Music map. It contains usage information, categories, and other content that is not part of the original template page.

Template:Music map invokes function main in Module:Music map using Lua.

This template takes a list of unnamed parameters that specify polygons on the world map, prefixed by the music track name. For relevant music tracks, the popup text when clicking on the track's polygon will omit the (music track) page suffix. Example:

This template may also take a nopreprocess parameter if the output should not be processed into a map.

The template also has an optional smw parameter which can be set to hist to obtain the historical map data where available, or onlyhist to only obtain the historical data, and ignore all current maps.
