Mac' is located west of Home near the Mounted Max Capes.
Upon achieving level 99 in all skills and reaching a total level of 2178, players can purchase Mac's cape and its corresponding max hood from Mac for 2,178,000 coins. He will also refund the player's excess max capes for 80% of the original cost: 1,742,400 coins. This can only be done if the player has both the hood and cape in their inventory. Other max cape variants can be refunded in the same manner without a hood in your inventory, but the original cape will also be lost.
Although the player can reach Mac without having reached the maximum total level, he will respond with "None of yer bis'ness" when asked about the cape in his sack.
