If there is no parameters, it will just say that a closure has been requested.
If the first parameter is "denied", "Denied", "no", or "No", it will show that it is denied.
If the first parameter is "complete", "Complete", "completed", "Completed", "close", "Close", "closed", "Closed", "yes", or "Yes", it will show that it is complete.
If the first parameter is anything else but the aforementioned words, it will show that as a reason.
If the first parameter is used by the aforementioned words, the second parameter will give a reason for the result of the requested closure.
Adding a reason is strongly recommended, especially for threads where the general consensus is not obvious. Not adding a reason increases the chances of the request being denied.
