Once prestige 10 + level 99 in all stats has been obtained it can be bought from the [[Wise Old Man]] west of the [[Home Area]] Area for 1B coins, once bought it cannot be sold to the general store, sacrificed to the [[Upgrade Factory]] for [[upgrade tokens]], or the [[Well of Goodwill]] for Double XP or 1.5x XP.
